No-dig drain relining
Cure-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining repairs a damaged pipe from the inside. After cleaning the pipe, we feed in a resin-soaked liner and cure it in place, forming a new, seamless pipe within the old one. It seals cracks and joints, stops roots getting in and keeps rats out.
- No digging up gardens, patios, driveways or floors
- Usually quicker and less disruptive than excavation
- Seals cracks, open joints and root entry points
- Suitable for many domestic and commercial pipes
Picote drain renovation
We use Picote equipment, a specialist drain renovation system used by drainage contractors across the UK and Europe. It lets us work inside pipes that are too small, too bendy or too old for traditional methods, all without digging.
- Milling and descaling. High-speed Picote cutters remove roots, scale, hardened fat and debris, and clean pipes back to the bare wall before lining.
- Brush coating. A resin coating is brushed onto the inside of the pipe in layers, sealing cracks and corrosion. It works well in small pipes, tight bends and old cast iron soil stacks, where a liner would not fit.
- Reopening connections. After a pipe is lined, Picote cutters reopen side connections from the inside, so other pipes can drain into it again.
Patch repairs and full relining
Where the damage is in one spot, a short patch liner repairs just that section. Where a pipe has several defects, we can reline the full length. A CCTV survey before the work shows which is needed, and we can survey again afterwards to show you the result.
When lining is not the answer
If a pipe has collapsed completely or has dropped out of line, lining may not be possible. We will tell you straight away and talk you through the options.
Making good
Where any work disturbs paths, gardens or floors, our maintenance team can put things back as they were.
