What we do
Securing the property
When a property becomes empty we make it secure and check it over, so it is protected from break-ins, weather and pests from the start.
Regular security checks
We visit on a schedule that suits you and report back on the condition of the property after each visit. Many insurers require regular inspections of unoccupied property, and we can visit at the frequency your policy asks for.
Getting it ready for sale or to let
We can take care of everything needed to get the property to market, using our own team:
- House and garden clearances, as a licensed waste carrier
- Pest checks and treatment, which empty homes often need
- Repairs and general maintenance
- Drain surveys and repairs
One point of contact
For a solicitor or executor managing an estate from a distance, having one local contractor who can secure, check, clear, repair and treat a property saves a lot of coordinating. You deal with us, and we keep you updated at every stage.
Selling or letting
When the property is ready, our sister company Premier Property Management (Lincolnshire) Ltd can let or sell it for you.
