A large build-up of pigeon fouling at a hotel needed cleaning, decontaminating and proofing so it would not return. We produced full risk assessments, method statements and a scope of works, then managed the project, working with specialist contractors.
A worried customer called over a bank holiday weekend thinking they had an infestation. Mike called back, talked it through and visited on the Monday. There was no infestation, so there was no charge, and we offered to come back if they had any more concerns.

This nest was right next to a koi pond, so a standard treatment risked the fish. After reviewing a video from the customer, we carried out a live extraction. We returned two days later to monitor it and remove the last hard-to-reach section of nest.
