For landlords and businesses
We collect rubbish left behind at rented properties, waste from shops and offices, and one-off loads from refits and clear-outs. Regular collections can be arranged for landlords and agents with several properties.
By law, you must make sure anyone who takes your waste away is a registered waste carrier. If your rubbish is fly-tipped by an unregistered carrier, you can be fined. We are a licensed waste carrier and every job comes with a waste transfer note.
Rubbish and rats
Piles of rubbish, especially food waste and old furniture outside, are a common reason rats move in. If you have seen signs of rats around the rubbish, we can deal with the rats as well.
Paint, chemicals, gas bottles, batteries and anything that might contain asbestos need special handling. Let us know when you book and we will tell you how they can be dealt with.
