How a house clearance works
- Get in touchTell us the size of the property and what needs to go. Photos help us price it accurately.
- QuoteWe give you a clear price, visiting first for larger jobs.
- ClearanceOur team clears and loads everything, and leaves the property swept and tidy.
- PaperworkYou get a waste transfer note showing where your waste has gone.
More than a clearance
Because we also do pest control, gardens and repairs, we can get an empty property fully ready for sale or to let with one contractor.
Paint, chemicals, gas bottles, batteries and anything that might contain asbestos need special handling. Let us know when you book and we will tell you how they can be dealt with.
