Lofts
Loft clearances are hard work on a ladder. We bring the contents down carefully, protect landings and stairs, and take everything away. Clearing a loft is also a good time to check for squirrels, mice and old wasp nests, and we can deal with any we find.
Garages and sheds
We clear garages and sheds back to an empty space, and can take down and remove old sheds, greenhouses and outbuildings. Rats often live under sheds and in cluttered garages, so if you have seen droppings or gnaw marks, mention it when you book.

Old paint, garden chemicals, gas bottles, car batteries and anything that might contain asbestos, such as old garage roofs and shed panels, need special handling. Tell us about them when you book and we will tell you how they can be dealt with.
