How much does it cost?
Every property is different, so we price it after the survey. The quote sets out the work, the follow-up visits and the length of the guarantee, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
How long does the guarantee last?
We agree the guarantee period with you in the quote. It starts once the work is complete and the property is confirmed clear.
Is this the same as your standard promise?
No. On every treatment, if you are not satisfied within three months, we come back free of charge. The Rat-Free Guarantee is a separate, more thorough service with longer cover.
Do you offer it to businesses?
Businesses are usually better covered by a pest control contract, which includes extra visits between routine visits at no charge. We are happy to talk through which suits you.
